Our Standard Tour Operator rates are issued directly by the reservations team rather than published here. This opens an email — tell us your company and the seasons you are quoting, and we will send the current sheet back to you.

A single PDF covering the properties at a glance, for the moments when a client asks a quick question and you want the answer on one page rather than in a deck.
Decks and video
The 2025 pack: an individual PDF for each property, a full Mawe Lodges deck, and two videos you can screen in agent training or client meetings. The folder is large, so download on a solid connection — the four-property video alone runs to a few hundred megabytes.

Familiarization Trips
Dates
Five-day hosted trips for twelve travel professionals at a time, travelling in two vehicles. Full-board accommodation, park fees, guided game drives, 4×4 transport and drinking water are covered; visas, international flights and your Arusha nights either side are not. Several departures are already full, so check what is open before you apply.
Application form
The form to apply for a place, whether you are a tour operator, travel agent, journalist or content creator. It asks for your company, the property and dates you want, and where you plan to feature us afterwards. Fam trips carry a $35 per person per night charge to cover taxes unless otherwise agreed, and we ask for a post-trip report or coverage within 30 days.
