Where the Circuit Takes You
Our Camps and Lodges
Three properties over four nights is all the circuit discount asks. These are the five to choose from.
Central-Eastern Serengeti
The big cats’ paradise. It sits near the famous Namiri plains, facing the Ngarenanyuki River, which flows all year and pulls animals in through the hottest hours of the afternoon.
Karatu
A safari junction. The one property outside the parks, which makes it the natural break between Lake Manyara, Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Eyasi, with Karatu town and Mto wa Mbu close by.
Tarangire
The elephants’ camp. It sits on the corridor animals use between Tarangire and Lake Burunge, where grass and water keep elephants, lions, leopards and cheetahs close, along with hundreds of bird species year-round.
Southern Serengeti
From December to March the camp stands on the Ndutu plains, where the great migration calves. Lake Ndutu is minutes away, and lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes and zebras work the plains around it.
Northern Serengeti
From June to November the herds reach the Mara River. The camp gives you a front seat for the crossings, where wildebeest and zebra take on a river full of crocodiles.
